DV-2026 Program Entry
ELIGIBLE?
IF YES, submit payment and e-mail confirmation of payment with the following information to info@apetrosyanlaw.com by November 1, 2024 to ensure a timely submission of your DV-2025 Entry:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- City & Country of Birth [must not be excluded country, listed above]
- Country of Citizenship
- Address in Home Country
- Intended Address in the United States
- Telephone Number
- Education Level [must have at least high school diploma]
- Marital Status
- If Married, same information is required for spouse.
- If Dependents under age 21, same information required for them.
- Include in submission, copy of biographic page of passport of applicant, spouse, and all dependents under age 21.
- Include in submission, electronic passport size photos of applicant, spouse, and all dependents under age 21. [ photo size: 2"x2" ]
PLEASE NOTE, all information listed above must be submitted to ensure timely filing of your DV-2026 Program Entry.
PLEASE NOTE, the fee is $35.00 per submission --- if married, winning the DV Lottery entitles the spouse to a Green Card as well. Therefore, both partners can participate at the same time and it will not disqualify applicants for multiple entries. You may purchase two submissions, one in each partners name, doubling the chances of winning for the whole family.
PLEASE NOTE, unmarried children under the age of 21 automatically acquire the right to a Green Card if one parent wins.
PLEASE NOTE, SUBMISSION DOES NOT GUARANTEE SELECTION -AND- SELECTION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A GREEN CARD. The DV Lottery uses a computer-generated random selection process to choose winners. Being selected does not guarantee a green card, but grants eligibility to apply for one.
